Wraithbytes provides a web scraping API that enables users to extract data from websites programmatically. Our Services include:

Our service offerings may evolve over time. We will notify users of significant changes to our Services.

Wraithbytes operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model. There are no subscription tiers or monthly commitments.

Usage-Based Billing — You are charged only for successful API requests No Rate Limits — Scale your usage without artificial throttling Free Tier — A recurring $10 monthly credit is provided for testing and minimal use Transparent Pricing — Rates range from $0.002 to $0.007 per request depending on complexity

Payment is processed automatically based on your usage. All charges are final and processed in USD.

We handle your data with care and transparency:

User Account Data Your account information is retained indefinitely until you request deletion. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@wraithbytes.com.

Scraped Data Any data scraped through our API is stored temporarily for three (3) months from the date of extraction. After this period, scraped data is automatically purged from our systems.

You are responsible for downloading and storing any scraped data you wish to retain beyond the 3-month window.

Wraithbytes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

Suspicion of Fraud — Any activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or violates these terms Violation of Terms — Breach of any provision in these Terms of Service Non-Payment — Failure to pay outstanding charges

Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Wraithbytes does not assume any liability for:

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of our Services Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scraped data Third-party websites blocking or restricting access Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use the Services at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of scraped data complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of third-party websites.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. While we do not impose specific restrictions, you acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for how you use data obtained through our Services You must comply with the terms of service of any websites you scrape You will not use the Services to violate the privacy rights of individuals You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose

Wraithbytes is not responsible for verifying the legality of your scraping activities.
